Since its creation in 2014, Valco Group SA has committed numerous actions to strengthen its economic and social impact in the Western Cape and more generally in South Africa. Training and skills development of our employees, promoting of voluntary actions and company capital sharing was for us priority actions.

Today, we are proud to announce that our company is now 51% black owned and controlled.

We continue to emphasize our commitment by training & qualifying our teams, constantly recruiting new employees and sharing our French experience and know-how with all our stakeholders.
